Automatic Post-processing Robots (APR)
- Lobotics has developed a new post-processing workstation APR (Automatic-Postprocessing-Robots) to solve the post-processing problems of 3D printing. The self-developed dedicated off-line software system can generate the grinding trajectory from the digital model and transmit it to the robotic arm in just a few minutes. At the same time, APR has machining functions, plane milling, surface milling, drilling and other processes.

Automatic Post-processing Robots(APR) - Auto Measuring
- Multiple points are selected as the measuring points on the surface of the workpiece according to the digital model in the offline software. During the automatic detection, a three-coordinate measuring probe loaded on the mechanical arm will move along the pre-planned route to search the measuring points. When the probe touches the surface of the workpiece, the probe is activated and the actual coordinates are recorded. By comparing the actual and theoretical positions, the coordinate system of workpiece can be automatically aligned to correct the deviation during installation .
Automatic Post-processing Robots(APR)-Sanding
- Using the self-developed grinding software, the offline trajectory of the robotic arm can be generated quickly and accurately.
- Adopting the control method of pneumatic floating spindle, the grinding pressure and grinding speed can be adjusted precisely.
- The gravity compensation device effectively balances the gravity of the grinding tool itself, with an accuracy as high as 1N, ensuring a high degree of consistency in material removal.

- Machining: The self-developed special software and CAM module can meet the requirements of various machining processes such as milling planes, curved surfaces, and drilling. The TCP automatic calibration device can automatically calculate the center point of the tool. Compared with traditional manual calibration, automatic calibration is more accurate and efficient.
